II.             DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1(12 Feb 2023): HANOI – HALONG BAY

Today the car will pick you up at the hotel for departure to Halong Bay, this trip will take about three hours through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta, you will observe the daily life of the villagers vietnamese

11:30-12:00 Upon arrival at Halong International Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome by our cruise staff in the waiting lounge and complete check-in procedure.

12:00 Upon boarding Amanda Cruise, our crew welcome you with a refreshing drink and cold towel before checking into your cabin. The vessel leaves Tuan Chau Marina, taking you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you can enjoy the view of some of the most beautiful spots in Ha Long and admire the grandeur of the Bay with thousands of limestone islands while the vessel heads to Trinh Nu Cave.

Enjoy your lunch at our luxurious restaurant on board while the vessel cruises toward Trinh Nu cave.

14.00: You return to your cabin for a short rest and prepare for kayaking activities in Trinh Nu Cave area.

15.00: You will be transferred to Trinh Nu Cave by tender.

Arriving at Trinh Nu Cave area, you will take part in kayaking activities here. To get to Trinh Nu beach, you need to kayak around thousand-year-old limestone formations and then walk for 5 minutes through Trinh Nu cave. Trinh Nu beach will amaze you with its white sand, emerald water and mild pleasant weather conditions

17.30-18.00 Back on board, you will participate in Sunset party & cooking class while the vessel cruises toward the shore. You can enjoy relaxing moments while sipping a cup of traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee on the sundeck amid wonderful scenery and beautiful sunset. Ha Long Bay is calm during the day, but when the sun goes down, the Bay becomes even more tranquil and peaceful.

You will be instructed to make delicious traditional Vietnamese steamed rice rolls by our chef and then enjoy the rolls made on your own.

19.30 Gala Dinner. Enjoy your dinner on the Sundeck (if the weather is favorable)

20.30 After dinner, you will enjoy a peaceful view of the Bay at night on the deck. You can also participate in evening activities such as massage (subject to additional charge), herbal foot bath on sundeck (free of charge one herbal bag for each cabin) or enjoying music and some drinks at Sky Bar while admiring the breathtaking view of the Bay at night and squid fishing.

DAY 2 (13 Feb 2023): HALONG BAY

08:30 Day boat pick up at Amanda Cruise and depart from Titop area in Ha Long bay

10:30 Transfer to Lan Ha bay which is formed by the archipelago Cat Ba island. Stop at Dark and Bright caves area for kayaking in an hour and a half

11:30 Lunch will be served on boat

12:30 Move to Ba Trai Dao beaches (Three Peaches Beaches) for swimming in the crystal water and a beautiful white sandy beach for an hour and fifteen minutes.

13:30 Boat return to HaLong bay to explore more land-scape

14:45 Visiting Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum for learning how to raise the farm, harvest pearls and its business about forty minutes

15:25 Back to the boat and transfer to the Amanda Cruise

DAY 3 (14 Feb 2023): HALONG BAY – HANOI – FLY TO DA NANG

06.15: Start your day with Tai Chi class on the sundeck.

06.30-07.00 Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, cake and fruit.

 

07.30 Exploring Sung Sot cave. This is one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. The cave has some unique rock formations which couldn’t be found anywhere else. The path to the mouth of Sung Sot Cave is under a canopy of leaves. Walking through steep stone steps, tourists may have the feeling of climbing on mountains and experience the excitement as if they are stepping to the sky.

08.30-09.30 Back on board, you can rest in your room, enjoy the herbal foot bath prepared by our crew, sunbathe on the sundeck, take pictures of HaLong Bay or shop for souvenirs on the boat.

09.30 Check-out time.

Please put your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. Our staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting area. While waiting, you can shop for some products of Amanda cruise.

10.00 Enjoy early lunch buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and settle the bills if any.

11.00 Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina. The trip ends.

Then transfer to Hanoi then depart to the Noi Bai airport to take the flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, our private car and guide pick you up and drive to hotel. Overnight at Da Nang

DAY 4 (15 Feb 2023): DA NANG – BA NA – HOI AN

Breakfast at the hotel. Today a wonderful trip to Ba Na Mountains awaits us, considered a “floating city in the clouds”, a must-see destination for visitors to Da Nang by the round-trip cable car system. This Ba Na gondola system set four world records recognized by Guinness World Records, including the world’s longest single-cable ride (5,771.61m), the highest difference in altitude between departure and destination (1,368.93m ), the longest non-stop cable (11,587m) and the heaviest coil of cable (141.24 tons).

We will enjoy spectacular views from above with the points of interest, such as: the roller coaster, the fantasy theme park, the Linh Ung Pagoda, the love garden, the old French winery and the golden bridge.

Buffet lunch at the local restaurant to Hoi An in the afternoon. Free time to explore Hoi An on your own.

DAY 5 (16 Feb 2023): HOI AN CITY TOUR

Today we are going to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, let’s go to Cam Thanh village, one of the most beautiful places in Hoi an to have some special experiences of being a real villager. Cam Thanh is attractive to visitors not only because of its tranquil beauty, but also good-natured people who are mainly engaged in agriculture and are also interested in tourism.

The guide will meet you at the hotel lobby, we take bike to Thanh Dong organic farm. Take a short walk through the orchard as you hear the life-changing story of the villagers since they were introduced to organic herb growing methods.

Then we join the farmers and do some gardening activities like preparing and composting the soil, raking the soil, planting, watering and picking vegetables.

And we enjoy a basket boat ride on the picturesque Co Co River, you will have the chance to see some unique fishing methods of the local fishermen. More interesting, you can play some traditional Vietnamese folk games in our restaurant before the cooking class. Enjoy lunch at the bamboo house surrounded by views of the river and rice paddies.

In the afternoon, we will take a short walking tour of the charming and historic Hoi An City, known as one of the main international ports in Southeast Asia where there are commercial activities with Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and other ships whose name from Faifo: the old Houses, the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Temple. In addition, we can try the authentic and typical Hoi An sandwich at ”Bánh Mì Phượng” and go shopping at the Colorful Market where there are many stalls that are full of local specialties including silk. Lunch at local restaurant.

DAY 7 (18 Feb 2023): HOI AN – DA NANG – HUE BY TRAIN

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to Da Nang station to take the train to Hue. Upon arrival, our private car and guide pick you up and drive to hotel. Overnight at Hue

DAY 8 (19 Feb 2023): HUE CITY TOUR – FLY BACK TO HANOI

Breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, we will take a dragon boat to cross the Perfume River. We will visit the Thien Mu Pagoda, which is considered the center of Vietnam Buddhism since the early 1600s. We will continue with a guided tour of the old Imperial Citadel, where we will see the old Imperial Palace, which has a model closely similar to the City Banned from Beijing. French aerial bombardment and the 1968 Tet Offensive caused significant damage in this area; however, much of the city is being restored thanks to UNESCO funding.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Next, we will visit the serene Tu Duc Royal Tomb, designed to blend in with its natural surroundings and built on feng-shui principles. Considered the most beautiful Imperial tomb in all of Hue. This tomb, nestled in a beautiful natural setting and bathed by a lake, 6 kilometers outside of Hue, was used by Emperor Tu Duc during his lifetime as a summer palace and place of spiritual retreat.

Finish the day, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival to Hanoi, transfer to the hotel in Hanoi.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION

 

1. METHOD OF PAYMENT:

We undertake to pay for the contracted services through the following means of payment:

• Payment in advance of 30% of the total price of the trip within 48 hours from the confirmation of the services by the Client. And the rest of the amount must be paid 30 days before the start date of the trip.
• The purchase of any product will be considered effective at the time we receive proof of payment made to the bank account, until such time the reservation may be canceled by SUEÑO ASIATICO.
• The Client will be directly responsible for the costs corresponding to the bank charges of the payments or transfers that are made. And we will receive the total price of the trip in our bank account.
• In the event that the Client pays with a credit card: surcharge of 3% on the total price of the trip for the bank charge rate.
• When we receive the total payment of the trip, we will send you the final confirmation of all the services by email.

 

 

2. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND COMPENSATION:

The Client can cancel the contracted services. The cancellation of the trip must be in writing by email, and must be received by ASIAN DREAM. No cancellation made by phone is accepted.

The Client must indemnify SUEÑO ASIATICO for the following concepts:

• Management fees and cancellation fees, if any.
• A penalty of 10% of the total price of the trip if the cancellation occurs between 14 days and 60 days before the start date of the trip; 50% between days 05 and 13; and 100% less than 5 days before departure.

 

Please note that some providers (hotels, cruises, etc.) have different cancellation policies than ours. Therefore, we may have to comply with the requirements of the contract of both parties. We will inform you if so.

 

3. CANCELLATION OF EXTRA SERVICES:

 

Regarding the additional nights in the hotel or other additional services reserved in connection with the tourist programs, we apply the cancellation to the following:

 

• More than 30 days before the service will be fully refunded
• Between 15 and 30 days in advance: 50% of the price
• Less than 15 days in advance: 100% of the price.
